Users will provide their address and postal code to the Website before making a payment for an order. If their address or postal code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will request the User to provide an alternative delivery address.
If there is any dispute regarding the shipment of the products or services for an area not covered by our courier partners, we will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the product.
If a User places an order for multiple products with the same address, every effort will be made to dispatch the entire order together. However, in some cases, this may not be possible and Users are expected to acknowledge that they may receive different products at different times.
We and our courier partners attempt to deliver orders within a timely manner. However, there may be cases when circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, strikes and other threats, in which case shipments may be delayed.
The User agrees that the Website will not be responsible for any delays in shipping that are outside our and our courier partners’ control.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the case that a User is dissatisfied with the quality of a product, the User can contact the Company and efforts will be made to investigate the User’s dissatisfaction.
If a product has been delivered to the User in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition, the Website will require the User to provide photographic evidence of the same. Once the case has been assessed, the Company will inform the User whether a return and replacement can take place. The Company will provide the User with a delivery address for the return to be made and, upon receiving the return will dispatch a replacement.
The product must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return. To process a return, the User must also supply the Company with the order details and receipt of purchase.
Products are only eligible for return within 30 days of their purchase.
