SHIPPING

RETURNS
In the case that a User is dissatisfied with the quality of a product, the User can contact the Company and efforts will be made to investigate the User’s dissatisfaction.
If a product has been delivered to the User in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition, the Website will require the User to provide photographic evidence of the same. Once the case has been assessed, the Company will inform the User whether a return and replacement can take place. The Company will provide the User a delivery address for the return to be made and, upon receiving the return will dispatch a replacement.
The product must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return. To process a return, the User must also supply the Company with the order details and receipt of purchase.
Products are only eligible for return within 30 days of their purchase.
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, the Company does not allow for a cancellation of orders.
PAYMENTS
The Website accepts payments online. We accept all debit and credit cards through the secure Stripe payment system.
